Capital Investment
This will be probably the thoughtest step of the process as it will require a lot of time / research to be able to launch this uncommun project, we might deal with a lot of legal obstacles and potential things that we didn't thought initially, that why we would not yet give any ETA as it would be pure speculation.
Investement Plans : The target
To add value to our investement in the most efficient way we must choose a worksite that is meeting our skill and where we can add the most additionnal value to it with the lowest cost possible, the real property we will invest will depend a lot of the amount of capital we will fund.
The good thing is that we can start this project with a very variable amount of money, from a simple tiny house renovation to renovate a whole event vacation rental place where we could host weddings & other events, the opportunities are very variables.
Find a house to renovate with optimal conditions that we could outperform other investor on, could be :
Low price due to high renovation cost (making it not worth doing it by artisan : Too low % return on investement)
High skill required renovation process
Necessarity of heavy Machinery (high rental cost) Ex : High roof / difficult access necessiting a telescopic / Poor maintenance condition all around the house necessitating a huge revamp : usage of our backhoe.
