As farmer and entreprenors we are necessiting some heavy machinery to execute our different worksites and that why since many years we own and keep investing into new materials to keep our efficience.

This is representing a major opportunity for WhiteRock as we could self rent this material (for the lowest just to cover maintening fees of the machinery) while adding huge value to our acquisition by the usage of theses.

We currently possess many of theses that we will for sure use for the worksite :

Theses heavy machinery are representing a very expensive expense whenever you are needing to rent theses for a period.

As we already own all theses, the cost will be basically be near to 0 and we could add a huge value to our investement by the usage of theses. This also increase by a lot the productivity and we could renovate and start renting out/generating yield or flipping for profit way faster.

Since we are renovating houses since a long time, we are aswell owning most of the small materials to run the work site drill, screwdriver, laser, concrete mixer or whatever is needed.

We own +300k$ of material all usable with basically 0 cost for the WhiteRock investors, making it a very attractive investement as we could aim for a ROI % way higher than an average renovation project from scratch.
